PERSONAL TRAINING
£100 - £120 per session
My focus is around the individual's needs and goals...

Ultimately my role is to use my extensive exercise knowledge to help guide my client towards their goals in a healthy and timely manner.

WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE

A complimentary consultation to enable you to explain your goals and what you hope to get out of the personal training process. And for you to get to know your trainer before your first session, and to get through what you can expect.

All clients are given a full initial assessment on beginning personal training, to ensure that sessions are safe and progressive, working on those areas your body needs to be worked on in order to help you reach your goal.

All clients have the option of receiving nutritional advice and support as a part of their personal training.  This information will be tailored to you as an individual, to help you reach your goals.

Personal training is about making you consistent, making sure that you are improving and moving forward. I will give you the tools and knowledge to do this so that you are able to identify your strengths as well as what to avoid.

Specifically designed nutritional advice tailored to suit your needs and goals. As well as general lifestyle and recovery advice.

Various workout locations around Kensington, London.
