WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

2 Phase Plan

Clients will receive two phases of an Online Training Plan that will help them reach their goal.

8 weeks training

Each phase is four weeks long, meaning these Training Plans are eight weeks in length.

40 workouts

Each plan is five days long, meaning clients will receive 40x workouts for only £50!

detailed explanation per phase

Each plan comes with detailed Nutritional Advice to help clients reach their goal.

Detailed nutritional advice

I believe that you should understand the intent of each phase, therefore clients will also receive a detailed explanation of each phase.
